Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- During a parliamentary session, Moroccan Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, Mohamed Medhi Bensaid, stated that “there is a study to broadcast news in English on public channels in Morocco.”
The minister revealed that “the first public channel is currently working on a new project aimed at paving the way for broadcasting news in English.”
The speaker explained that this “will be done by covering international events inside and outside Morocco and conducting interviews with English-speaking speakers.”
