OCP Group has acquired a 50% stake in GlobalFeed, a Spanish company specializing in the production and distribution of animal nutrition phosphate products.
This acquisition aims to strengthen the OCP Group’s position in the animal nutrition industry and expand its presence globally, a statement from both companies reads.
The partnership will allow them to offer a diverse range of innovative and high-value products for different animal species.
Both companies plan to increase GlobalFeed’s production capacity to 400,000 tons by 2027 to meet the growing demand for animal nutrition solutions and provide personalized and sustainable offerings.
