The OCP Group has launched a promotional campaign targeting investors for issuing international bonds to financially back its development plan.
They reportedly engaged BNP Paribas, Citi, and JP Morgan to manage the issuance.
This marks the first bond initiative since OCP announced in 2022 its aim at fully transitioning to renewable energy for powering its industrial operations.
The company also intends to venture into green hydrogen to produce ammonia and make investments in water desalination.
The most recent bonds issuance from OCP was conducted in 2021.
