The arrest was a result of information received by the security forces of Casablanca regarding the presence of a criminal suspect.

The suspect frequently travels through Morocco, in order to travel from Algeria to France using his car, which is registered in France. In the vehicle, the police was able to seize 10,600 pills of Valium Klonopin.

The Algerian citizen was placed in custody following an order from the public prosecutor. This last has ordered an investigation for a criminal network.
