On the sidelines of the the 5th session of the Moroccan-Russian High Joint Commission, the Russian Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Nikolai Fedorov, said that Russia will award Moroccan students who wish to pursue their studies in “Maritime education” 20 scholarships.
The scholarships will not only concern the academic year 2014-2015, but also the following years to come.
As a matter of fact, the number of scholarships offered by the Russian federation to Moroccan students will increase gradually year after year, the Russian Minister of Agriculture said.
The announcement was made last Tuesday in Rabat.
