Moroccan farmer looses 46 sheep in a single lightning strike

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Last Saturday, a lightning strike killed 46 sheep in the Tidrat region, located in the rural commune of Kaahf Al Nsour (The cave of Eagles), in Morocco’s Khenifra province.

The video documenting the sad event has been circulating heavily on various social media platforms. The footage shows the deceased livestock all lying one next to the other.

The 46 heads of sheep were grazing in a field before they were instantly electrocuted.

All were killed.

The sheep belong to a local farmer, with the sad event causing him substantial financial and psychological damage.
