Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan authorities have arrested in the city of Khouribga the man behind the fake communiqué announcing “a blank year” for most school levels in Morocco.
Ibrahim Zouhair, the King’s attorney in the court of the first instance of Khouribga, said that the Moroccan Ministry of Education took legal action against the person(s) behind this false communiqué.
He also noted that the Moroccan cyber-crime police investigated the incident and arrested the man believed to have written the fake communiqué.
The king’s attorney stated that the man was placed in custody.
