Morocco-Guinea Forum to Kick-Off On the 9th of September

The General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco will be organizing the “Moroccan-Guinean Economic Forum” on the 9th of September 2014, under the theme: “Cap Guinea: Building an Economy, Many Opportunities to Seize.” 

This forum comes to foster the recent visit of King Mohammed VI to Guinea, and is an opportunity to go ahead and implement many investment and co-investment opportunities between Guinea and Morocco.

Many public and private Guinean projects will be presented on the sidelines of the forum.

B to B meetings will also take place as the forum will see the participation of many Guinean and Moroccan ministers, as well as many Guinean and Moroccan businessmen/businesswomen.

The forum will be chaired by Miriem Chaqroun Bensalah, President of the CGEM and her Guinean counterpart, Mr. Ismael Keita.

Among the Moroccan ministers that will be present, the list includes Mohamed Boussaid, Minister of Economy and Finance, Aziz Akhannouch, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Moulay Hafid Elalamy, Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy, Aziz Rabbah, Minister of Transport and Logistics, Lahcen Haddad, Minister of Tourism, Nabil Benabdallah, Minister of Housing, and Abdelkader Aamara, Minister of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment.
