Rabat, Morocco (TMT)-The Morocco-Qatar High Commission for Bilateral Economic Cooperation will take place between 5-6 April in Doha, under the chairmanship of Morocco’s head of the government Abdellilah Benkirane and the Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
A governmental source told Moroccan news outlet Le360.ma that “Benkirane will head an important ministerial and business delegation to Qatar to co-chair the High Commission for Bilateral Economic Cooperation, in a bet to boost the investment flow between the two countries.”
Le360.ma said that bilateral trade between both countries has hardly exceeded $ 200 million in 2015 “despite the enormous potential and opportunities Morocco offers.”
