RABAT-Sevilla FC’s Moroccan star, Youssef En-Nesyri, attributed his triumphant Europa League final victory to King Mohammed VI of Morocco, dedicating the win to him, his family, and fellow Moroccans.

Following the team’s compelling 4-1 victory over Italian Roma on penalties, Youssef expressed his profound gratitude for the opportunities he had received to succeed in his footballing career.

Attributing his success to the Mohammed VI academy, El Nesyri declared, “If it wasn’t for him (the king), I wouldn’t be in this place. The academy he established is the one that helped me and got me to Europe to win this cup. I’m grateful for all of this.”

This latest triumph marks the seventh Europa League win in Sevilla FC’s history, solidifying their reputation as the kings of the Europa League.
