Laayoune, Morocco – Two Spanish lawyers and activists, Mrs. Dolares Travisso and Inés Miranda, were promptly deported by Moroccan authorities after they landed at Hassan I airport in Laayoune.

Both Spanish nationals had traveled from Las Palmas airport in the Canary Islands via a Binter flight, a Spanish airline.

However, they were compelled to return on the same aircraft that had brought them.

According to Moroccan authorities, the deportation was instigated due to their involvement in activities that support a separatist agenda, thus posing a threat to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
