A combined effort by the security elements of the Judicial Police in Al Hoceima successfully resulted in the rescue of a kidnapped girl, who had been held captive for three consecutive days in a rented apartment in Al Manzeh district.
The police were alerted to the situation through a phone call by neighbors, which set off an immediate response. The law enforcement officers swiftly cordoned off the area surrounding the apartment, where three individuals were reported to be holding the girl.
In the ensuing raid, one suspect was apprehended while the other two managed to flee the scene.
The police reported finding a substantial quantity of cocaine and a large weapon inside the apartment, evidence that suggests the involvement of the occupants in more serious criminal activities.
The rescued girl, whose identity remains undisclosed due to security and privacy concerns, was immediately transported to the emergency department at Mohammed V Hospital. Her current condition remains unknown.
The search continues for the two fugitives, and police are determined to unearth all circumstances surrounding the case.
